A video for the photographic project of Martin Václavík, called Memento of Snow.

"I am focusing on these objects more as abstract shapes rather than as objects fulfilling their function. I want to highlight the visual beauty and uniqueness of these structures and offer my perspective on them, focusing on geometric compositions. During the hours spent with my camera at these resorts, I realized that many of them no longer operate, and those that do operate in a limited capacity due to warm winters and a lack of snow. Many of these lifts are becoming, or have already become, objects without meaning, a kind of monument to snow that we encounter during our walks in nature."
